Introducing the new Patient Reported Outcome Measure (PROM) dashboard for Community Mental Health
NHS England will start reporting on outcomes and any improvement achieved for people using community mental health (CMH) services on the FutureNHS Collaboration Platform.
New metrics will focus on the recommended Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) for use in CMH services for adults and older adults with severe mental illness (SMI). The data will be experimental with the aim of supporting NHS England, ICBs and providers to better understand the use of PROMs, and the outcomes achieved following interventions.
We are holding a webinar on Tuesday, 17th June 2025, 3.30pm – 4.30pm to introduce and demo the metrics dashboard; provide an update on developments; answer questions; and signpost to supportive information.
The webinar will be of interest to regional colleagues, commissioners, managers and practitioners working in community mental health services, as well as analysts wishing to understand how PROM data will be measured and reported.
The webinar will cover:
- Recap of key messages regarding outcome collection and reporting within CMH services for adults and older adults with SMI
- Update on scope of metrics
- CMH PROM Dashboard demonstration
- Support materials
