Introducing the NHS College of Leadership and Management

Join us for an introduction to the NHS College of Leadership and Management and learn how it will become the national home for leadership and management excellence across the NHS.

This webinar will explore the purpose of the College, the role it will play in supporting the NHS workforce, and how it will help build the leadership and management capability needed to deliver the three shifts set out in the 10 Year Health Plan: from analogue to digital, from hospital to home, and from treatment to prevention.

The session will provide an overview of the College's emerging offer across standards, leadership development and talent management, while recognising the important role that local and regional systems will continue to play. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about the vision for the College and what it could mean for leaders, managers and staff across the NHS.
