Lancashire LeDeR Mortality Summit

The aim of the day will be:

- To provide an insight into the LeDeR programme looking at national learning

- To identify common themes and learning points from local reviews

- To support local areas in their development of Action Plans

- To take forward the lessons learnt which will result in improved health and social care services for people with

   learning disabilities

Bookings and Registration:

Bookings will be taken on a first come, first served basis.
