Leadership in Action Exchange (LAX) - Building the conversation

Following on from the success of our initial LAX meeting, which attracted participants from health, social care, local authorities, and the voluntary sector, this event is designed to continue the conversation. It is open to everyone who is interested in looking at leadership in health and social care in its widest possible sense - and in finding ways in which to collectively develop that practice.

This event will offer an open forum for people to bring their experiences and ideas around the topic to the fore and to explore them as part of a collective inquiry. It is built on the recognition that, while organisations are important, it is through the act of organising that work gets done and innovations occur.

Whether you were involved in our first event or are just hearing about this initiative now, you will be very welcome to join us on this occasion to help to create a rich and textured conversation.
