Leading for Impact

As part of our advanced level of learning offer for people leading working with people and communities at NHS England, we are pleased to offer this new course, delivered by our colleagues at Co:Create. This new on-line training explores how to influence others to work with people and communities and lead for impact. 

 The course is run over two hours, a week apart. The course is suitable for anyone working at NHS England who wants to improve their leadership with people and communities in their work. The course will cover the following areas:

• Session 1: Measuring impact. What evaluation approaches add the most value to our involvement work? What do we want to demonstrate and how can we best do that? How do we tell positive stories that celebrate our successes?

• Session 2: Influencing up. How can we encourage senior leaders to prioritise public involvement in their roles? Who do we want to influence, and what would we like them to do?

 Please ensure you are able to attend both Session 1 and Session 2 to complete the training course.
