Lived Experience Partner (LEP) Drop in - Solutions Surgery

Working as a Lived Experience Partner (Sometimes called PPV Partners) can sometimes be lonely and challenging. The Solution Surgery is where you can bring a problem, idea, or challenge you are facing in your role. In this safe space, you can work through it with peers and facilitators, receive practical advice, support and shared experience and feel valued, heard and connected to others.

If you have something you’d like to discuss and would be happy to take part, please email england.peopleandcommunities@nhs.net by Friday 13th June.  Tell us briefly what the issue is you would like to discuss in the Solution Surgery.  We will look at all responses and make a selection to ensure a variety of questions and issues are covered in the session.  We hope to hold sessions every two months, so there may be other opportunities, if you are not selected this time.

Please note that you won’t be paid an involvement payment for attending these sessions. They are for your personal learning, development and support.
