Drs Mike Jones, Chris Moulton, Adrian Hopper and Adham Khalek, GIRFT clinical leads for UEC specialties, are hosting this webinar to discuss how best to use the recently published GIRFT clinical operational standards (COS) monitoring and feedback: implementation guide, which offers a practical approach to implementing a COS monitoring tool to reduce variation and drive improvement.

In this webinar, we will introduce the COS and demonstrate how UEC teams can apply and monitor standards to drive measurable improvements in patient experience, safety and outcomes across UEC services.
