Managing mis-dis-information

30 March 2023 1:00pm – 2:00pmBST (+01:00)
Virtual (Microsoft Teams)

These sessions are for NHS communicators only. Please use your work address when registering.

Presenters: Multi-award-winning behavioural science comms agency, Lynn, will run this session supported by our NHS England Digital and Social Media Leads Lily King Taylor and Joseph Freeman.

What you’ll learn on this session:

The directors of Lynn will outline their approach to behaviour change campaigns and showcase insights from The Misinformation Cell - launched last year as the UK's first dedicated anti-mis/disinformation service for communication.

There will be an opportunity to ask questions and gain insights into specific health issues including but not limited to vaccines, demand, mental health and more.

Please try and come prepared for this session – consider how you have identified and responded to mis-dis-information around engagement and communications in the last couple of years.
