Maternity PSIRF webinar

Overview:  

The Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) sets out a new approach to learning and improving following patient safety incidents across the NHS in England.  

This webinar will focus specifically on maternity services  and will feature presentations from maternity and patient safety teams in NHS organisations sharing their experiences, adaptions and learning from putting PSIRF into practice.
