• Provide insights that strengthen Board assurance and support more effective oversight of maternity and neonatal safety and performance.
• Strengthen curiosity and understand what good look likes.
• Share learning from national programmes.
• Enable peer learning and networking. 

To be eligible to attend, participants must be:

• An Executive Chief Nurse or Medical Director
• New to role (in post for less than 2 years), either in a first appointment or in the same role at a new organisation
