Join Us for a High-Impact, Full-Day Medical Leaders’ Summit 

This exclusive, in-person summit will convene approximately 350 senior clinical leaders from across the health system, including Medical Directors from Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), NHS Trusts, regional and national NHS England teams, National Clinical Directors, and Clinical Fellows.

The day will feature a dynamic agenda of thought-provoking plenary sessions led by some of the most senior and influential voices in the system. These will be complemented by focused breakout discussions tackling the most pressing challenges and opportunities highlighted in the NHS 10-Year Plan.

This is a unique opportunity to engage, collaborate, and shape the future of clinical leadership in the NHS.

Workshop 1 - Medical Leadership in Digital NHS 

This session explores practical innovations such as the Virtual Hospital model, outpatient redesign, AI triage and digital-first prevention. It will look at interoperability, user experience and equitable access

Workshop 2 - Neighbourhood Health and Future Hospitals

This session looks at how neighbourhood teams will lead the transformation of access, continuity and prevention. This session will look at delivering new GP led multi-professional neighbourhood models, scaling up Neighbourhood Health Centres, and expanding community pharmacy and diagnostic capacity. It will also touch on governance, contracts and integration challenges.

Workshop 3 - Delivering the Quality Agenda

In this workshop, clinical leaders will explore strategies to embed the 10-Year Plan’s Quality Agenda across their systems. They will focus on enhancing patient safety, driving continuous improvement through quality improvement (QI) methodologies, and strengthening collaboration between primary and secondary care to deliver seamless, high-value care.
