Midlands and East Transforming Care Sharing and Learning Event

An event for all providers, commissioners, staff and organisations in the health and care system who provide care, support and treatment for people with a learning disability, autism or both.

The purpose of the day is to provide interactive and engaging sessions that encourage sharing and learning.

The day will include:

• Transforming Care Partnerships (TCPs) presenting case studies
• Learning more about the service models
• Learn and share about good practice happening across the Midlands and East region
• Opportunities to network with other frontline staff and members of the NHS England
