Following on from our Continuity of Carer Task & Finish Group discussion pertaining to staff engagement in November, we have designed an East region training day for ‘on the ground’ midwives. This will be concerned with the implementation of Continuity of Carer and what this could look like for Midwives.
The Royal College of Midwives are supporting this day and will be holding a train the trainer workshop in the afternoon, the morning will be facilitated jointly by the Regional Maternity Team and the Clinical Network.
