NHS App National Webinar - April 2026
You are invited to join the NHS England’s NHS App team for an update on the NHS App – on Thursday 30th April 2026 at 11:30am to 12:30pm.
Digital Inclusion and Health Equity – many people face barriers to accessing digital health services due to factors such as low digital confidence, lack of suitable technology or limited connectivity. The team will provide an update on national efforts to improve access to NHS digital services in line with the NHS 10‑Year Plan.
NHS App help content - there will be a walkthrough of the refreshed NHS App help content on NHS.uk, highlighting what’s changed and how we’re improving guidance for patients and the public.
NHS App Training and Education Model – frontline teams need clear, consistent support to help patients use the NHS App with confidence. The team will introduce the updated model, which provides a more structured approach to learning about the NHS App.
The webinar will also include an update on the NHS App roadmap and finish with a Q&A where you can put your questions to the speakers.
Audience: Anyone involved in supporting or using the NHS App as a channel, across all settings.
Recording and slides: The session will be recorded and shared afterwards on FutureNHS.
