NHS App update webinar - September 2024
You are invited to join the NHS England’s NHS App team for an update on the NHS App – on Tuesday 24th September 2024 at 11:30am to 12:30pm.
Did you know that the NHS App offers linked profiles? This feature allows parents, family members and carers to access health services on behalf of someone else they care for. Once a GP has set up proxy access, patients can seamlessly manage these linked profiles within the NHS App. Join us in this webinar for an in-depth exploration of Linked Profiles and Proxy Access in the NHS App, along with updates on the latest and upcoming initiatives from the Proxy Access team.
We will update you on a new NHS England campaign where we are working with public libraries to provide a sustainable and accessible route so all people can access the benefits of using their NHS account to better understand and better manage their health. In this long-term partnership, library teams will be given training resources to support people using their services to access online health services logging in using NHS.uk, and the NHS App.
In this session, you will also receive an update on the NHS App 2024/25 roadmap, hear about the upcoming national 'Tap the App' marketing campaign.
The webinar will include a Q&A session where you will have the opportunity to have your questions answered by the speakers.
Audience: Anyone using the NHS App as a channel
Please Note: This is a live webinar which will take place on Teams - the webinar will be recorded and shared on FutureNHS. When you book a ticket, please put a hold in your calendar as you will be sent the joining details via email 24 hours before the start of the webinar.
