Building stronger and more diverse routes into NHS leadership and management

Join us to discuss how the NHS can attract, support and retain talented leaders and managers from all backgrounds. The session will explore entry routes into leadership careers, onboarding and transition support for people entering new roles, and how we can create clearer and more sustainable career pathways across health and care. Attend to help shape the support available to future leaders and managers and learn how the College could help people land well, succeed and build long-term careers in the NHS.  A joining link will be emailed to registrants prior to the event.
