NHS College of Leadership and Management - Leadership and Management Development
Building a coherent, multi-professional development pathway for NHS leaders and managers at every stage of their career
Please note that this Town Hall event originally ran on the 22 September. This is another opportunity for colleagues who could not join the previous session to join this event.
In this Town Hall we will explore how the NHS College of Leadership and Management could support leadership and management development at every career stage, from first-time managers to board-level leaders. We'll discuss what a clearer, more coherent national development pathway could look like, how learning on the job, coaching, mentoring and formal development can work together, and the leadership capabilities the NHS will need over the next three to five years. Attend to help shape the College’s future development offer and ensure it meets the needs of you, your teams and your organisation. A joining link will be emailed to registrants prior to the event.
