Following the national NHS Electronic Referral Service (eRS) Paper Switch Off programme, this is an event to bring together the system across the South Region, to update and share the latest on the NHS Electronic-Referral Service (eRS). On the agenda are best practice sessions, updates on the forward view and next steps on the service. The event will provide the opportunity to network, interact and learn with system stakeholders. There are 2 afternoon session events being run; this one and one in Taunton on 31st October, should that location be easier for you to attend. We encourage delegates to register for the most convenient event to access.

- Breakout/interactive sessions
Registration will take place in reception and there is free Wi-Fi included; a password will be given out on arrival. A light sandwich lunch will be provided from 12.00pm - 12.30pm..

The venue is just a few minutes walk away from London Victoria Station (Underground and Main line - 0.3 miles). Other train stations are: Vauxhall (0.8 miles) and London Charing Cross (1.1 miles)

Should anyone be traveling by plane, then the nearest airports are: London City Airport (8 miles), London Heathrow Airport (13.7 miles) and London Gatwick Airport (23.3 miles)
The nearest motorway junctions to the venue are: M4 JCT 1 (6.2 miles), M1 JCT 1 (6.6 miles) and M4 JCT 2 (6.8 miles).
Unfortunately there are no car parking facilities at the venue, so you are advised to travel by another means.
