Join us for this national learning event exploring how organisations are turning workforce health and wellbeing strategy into practical, sustainable improvements.
Bringing together national policy updates, NHS case studies and research insights, the session will focus on what helps wellbeing initiatives succeed, from implementation and evaluation through to long-term impact.
You will hear:
- Updates on occupational health and wellbeing within the NHS 10-Year Health Plan and the Growing Occupational Health and Wellbeing Together strategy.
- Practical case studies on improving wellbeing cultures and reducing sickness absence, alongside updates on the NHS Staff Standards and how organisations are implementing them in practice.
- Research and cross-sector insights on implementing and sustaining effective wellbeing initiatives.
- An interactive Q&A with speakers and colleagues from across the NHS.

This session is open to anyone with an interest in workforce health and wellbeing, including colleagues working in health and wellbeing, occupational health, HR, OD and People teams, staff experience, workforce and system leadership roles. It will also be valuable for anyone interested in creating healthier workplaces, improving staff experience, reducing sickness absence, and supporting workforce wellbeing across health and care.
