Commitment to Carers 9th Annual Conference 2025- "More than a Carer: Delivering a Fresh Approach"

When NHS England launched its Commitment to Carers programme in May 2014, it undertook to host an annual event for Carers and Carer support organisations.

This is a great opportunity to join us as carers, Integrated Care Boards/ Integrated Care Systems, regional carers lead, Commissioners, local authority partners and service providers will be offering an update on our objectives to identify and support carers.

This event will be held on Tuesday 24^th June, 10:30am – 4:00pm, online via Microsoft Teams. This year the NHS England North-West carers team will be hosting the national conference, following on from the South-West last year. This years theme is "More than a Carer: Delivering a Fresh Approach".

We are planning key sessions, workshops, and discussions aligning them with 3 main shifts from Lord Darzi`s report: hospital to community, sickness to prevention and from  analogue to digital, including the new LTP.
