NHS IMPACT Lunch and Learn: Quality Improvement and Sustainability

Join Prof Amar Shah, National Clinical Director for improvement for a lunch and learn on quality improvement and sustainability. We'll hear from Cristina Calleja, Sustainability Manager and Emma Rowan, Head of Service Improvement at South Warwickshire Foundation Trust who will share their work on integrating environmental sustainability into their improvement approach. Their presentation will include practical clinical initiatives examples that have enhanced both patient outcomes and reduced carbon emissions.
