NHS Resolution Contract Dispute Training Event

NHS England is continuing to work with NHS Resolution Service and offer a new series of training events for commisisoners, covering dental contract disputes.

The Primary Care Appeals team of the NHS Resolution service will deliver two sessions for regional teams and Integrated Care Boards, in December 2023 and January 2024.

The training will cover information on the Primary Care Appeals team, what a good local dispute resolution looks like, learning from previous disputes, and a hypothetical case study.

The training will take place on MS Teams.
