About this session: Learning from industrial action – evaluating the communications

The session will be chaired by Phil Groves and possibly with a short intro from Jim Mackey.

How was it for you? If you’ve been involved in communications during the latest industrial action by Resident Doctors, we’re keen to hear from you on how you think it went. This is a slightly different session than our usual Bitesize programme. There will be no presentations, instead it will be an opportunity for you to give us warts-and-all feedback on what you think worked, what didn’t and what we can all learn from the experience. Come help shape the planning we will all be doing for future strikes and share best practice with colleagues.

See you then.
