NHSE/I Digital First Change Management 2 day course

This is the booking page for the NHSE/I Digital First South East Change Management 2 day course starting on the 28th July 2020.

The course will run as follows: -

• Tue 28th July 2020 -  Change Management Session 1: 09:00 to 15:30
• Thu 30th July 2020 -  Change Management Session 2: 09:00 to 15:30
• Tue 4th August 2020 -  Change Management 1 hour Exam: Time Slots TBC

The Change Management 2015 qualification is designed to provide a robust foundation of knowledge for anyone involved in organisational change initiatives. Successful candidates will have the knowledge and understanding necessary to contribute constructively to teams specifying, developing, implementing and sustaining change initiatives.

The purpose of the Foundation qualification is to confirm that a candidate has sufficient knowledge and understanding of Change Management to work as an informed member of a team working on an organisational change initiative.

The course contents include:

• Change and the Individual
• Change and the Organisation
• Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
• Change management practice

All sessions will be held in a Virtual Classroom setting, the sessions will be recorded, and revision materials will be provided for the examination

All attendees will be required to sit the exam and will be asked to complete a short feedback survey on completion of the course.
