North East and Yorkshire Regional Retention Event

Retention remains key to maintaining safe and effective care provision across the North East and Yorkshire Region.

The NHS Long Term Workforce Plan requires us all to work towards significant growth in the workforce, but will be reliant on retaining our people.

We would be delighted if 2-3 colleagues per organisation could join us on 11th November 2024 at the Park Inn Radisson Hotel, York to share innovation and discuss best practice around this important topic.
