North East & Yorkshire Outpatient Transformation

The STP and ICS’ from across the North East and Yorkshire are working in collaboration with NHS England & NHS Improvement to hold a joint launch event for outpatient transformation, based on delivering the Long Term Plan. The event will provide an overview of both the national and regional programme, and showcase existing transformation from across our systems. It will be an opportunity for you to network with provider and commissioner colleagues from across the region, who are looking to undertake similar transformational change. We will be issuing a confirmed agenda shortly.
