North West Regional Social Prescribing Conference

This is a free conference for anyone in the North West who is, or wishes, to become involved in shaping the future of social prescribing. The conference will bring together a range of stakeholders including GPs, VCSE organisations, CCG commissioners, local authority leaders, Public Health England, service users and volunteers, with the aim to: 

• Recognise the rich diversity of social prescribing practice across the North West
• Provide an opportunity to discuss the future of social prescribing from a range of stakeholder perspectives
• Identify the potential challenges and solutions of the future development and mainstream introduction of social prescribing
• Enable joint working to develop the strengths and capacities of everyone involved in developing social prescribing across the region
