Making sense of the 10 year plan for workforce with a focus on analogue to digital

In this session Mike Burgess, Deputy Director for Workforce Strategy in the North West will cover some of the key aspects of the 10 year plan for workforce making links with other recently issued guidance including the oversight framework (and overview of the operating plan guidance if it has been released).  We will then have a focus on analogue to digital with James Freed, Deputy Director for the NHS Digital Academy in conversation with Mike talking about what this means for workforce and why digital projects in the NHS fail.

This is a great opportunity to hear about some of the key policy drivers affecting the NHS at the moment with a particular emphasis on workforce.
