Nursing and Midwifery Retention Masterclass - Flexible Working

Flexible working is highlighted time and again as key to retention. This masterclass will showcase how improving Flexible working culture and practices helps improve staff experience, positively impact quality of service and ultimately improve staff retention.  Speakers will present an overview of flexible working in the NHS; options, support and improvements your organisation could implement. They will also share their experiences of influencing culture and implementing flexible working, and responding to midwifery retention self-assessment tool.

This session is open to anyone supporting the retention of nurses and midwives.
