The NHS England London Nursing Associate Programme invites you to register for the Nursing Associate (NA) monthly roadshows. We will host monthly roadshows to support organisations in the deployment and embedding of the nursing associate role and sharing examples of good practices.

The roadshows will include the following key topics:

• Lived experiences of both the SNA/NAs in the four fields, Adult, Paediatrics, Mental Health, Learning Disability and out of hospital settings such as Primary Care, Community, Social Care, Private, Independent, Third-Party Organisations.
• Embedding of the role within multi-professional teams
• HR processes around the recruitment of apprentice Student Nursing Associates (SNAs)
• Professional/personal development for nursing associate – career framework and pathway
• How Universities and employer partners are working together in the deployment of SNAs   
• Innovative ways around reciprocal placement management
• Strategic Workforce remodelling for NAs
