Nursing International Recruitment - Accelerated Development Transformation Fund projects

This spotlight session will showcase 3 pilot projects funded by NHS England that have focused on innovative ways to identify IEN talent within the workforce and accelerate their development and progression.  The presenting organisations will share the impact that their pilot has had on their internationally educated nurses as well as within their organisation and their future plans to mainstream the pilot projects.

This event is aimed at IR Leads (providers), Workforce Leads (Providers), WRES/ EDI colleagues, Director of Nurses and HR Directors
