Pathway Mapping of Colorectal Patient Centre Follow-Up across the East of England

As part of the national planning guidance deliverable for 2019/20 all Trusts are required to develop clinically agreed personalised follow-up protocols for their colorectal patients.

To assist in achieving this aim the East of England Cancer Alliance are holding a Colorectal Follow-Up Pathway mapping meeting.  The aim of the meeting is to bring together Lead Colorectal Nurses from across the east of England to share current best practice follow-up pathways for Colorectal Cancer Services which will feed into the Cancer Alliance’s regional protocol.

There will be an opportunity for nurses to network over lunch provided directly after the meeting – could you please confirm if you will be staying for lunch along with any dietary requirements by emailing nataliegower@nhs.net.
