Patient Experience for Improvement Workshop

Have you been thinking about the experience of care for people in your organisation, your system, across the London region? This might be the workshop for you.

 

NHS England & Improvement are planning a workshop to look at experience of care, taking time to understand what is happening currently and thinking about the future of a patients journey across a system.  

 

Lesley Goodburn who is Senior Improvement Manager Patient Experience at NHS England/NHS Improvement has been working with the regional team in London to develop a workshop to explore patient experience and support engagement leads in CCGs, provider trusts and Local Authorities to identify where they can start to align their core work across the changing health and care landscape.

 

The aim is to help participants to consider the learning for both providers and commissioners to embed patient experience at the heart of good quality leadership, quality improvement and what that means for organisational culture. 

 

The team would like to tailor the event to the needs of the attendees, so we have created a short survey for you to complete here so that we can prioritise the areas that you specifically might want to cover. 

 

Lesley will host the event and will discuss the Patient Experience Improvement Framework, outline the improvement work she has been leading with provider trusts across the country and lead discussions based on the results of the survey.
