The Long Term Workforce Plan sets out how we must make the NHS People Promise a reality for all staff. Many of the people who will be working in the NHS in 15 years’ time are already working here today. By acting on the commitments in the NHS People Promise, as per the NHS Long Term Workforce Plan, we will create a clear employee value proposition, ensuring we can attract and retain talent and ultimately improve patient care.
