Perinatal Mental Health Network Meeting

The event theme will focus on service user involvement in the morning and service development in the afternoon.  We are planning a number of interactive, table-top and workshop sessions.

The event will include presentations from highly respected speakers providing an opportunity to explore the latest information and work being undertaken in this area.  There will also be opportunities for discussions and networking.

This is a free event with lunch provided.

Who should attend?

The day is aimed at the workforce coming into contact with PMH patients, including: Midwives, General Nurses, Practice Nurses, Health Visitors, Allied Health Professionals, Social Workers, Adult Mental Health Nurses, Emergency Services staff, Children's Centre staff, Trainee Obstetricians and Psychiatrists.  Specifically, the training is aimed at professionals within the West Midlands (Birmingham, Black Country, Coventry, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Herefordshire, Warwickshire and Worcestershire) wishing to further their skills and expertise in Perinatal Mental Health.
