This study day is an opportunity to explore delegation principles and best practice and identify how best to develop your local infrastructure to enable appropriate delegation of healthcare tasks to PAs and other paid carers.

Who should attend?

This session is suitable for commissioners, service managers, district nurses and others involved in community care and personal health budgets. We also strongly recommend that you identify and bring along people who are in a position to take forward the development of a framework for delegation locally e.g. clinical governance lead, chief nurse.
