Personalised care and support planning

19 April 2023 10:00am – 12:00pmBST (+01:00)
Virtual (Microsoft Teams)

In consideration of the ongoing need for transformation in the way we provide service provision for people with a learning disability and autistic people, we are happy to announce a group of webinars provided by Helen Toker-Lester and our South West Personalisation team.  The webinars have a strong personalisation focus, will address what good looks like and will consider how we feel the fear and do it anyway.  All the sessions will be underpinned by a human rights approach.

The webinars are part of the ongoing work across the South West to support the development and delivery of the Learning Disability and Autism Programme, Building the Right Support, Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and the refreshed Autism strategy.

They are open to commissioners, carers, advocates, and people working in services.

The table below shows what is taking place and when, so you can choose to book into any of these.

Webinars will be run virtually with break out rooms for smaller discussion and numbers will be limited to 50 people per webinar.
