Pharmacy Integration Regional Stakeholder event - North

NHS England is hosting an event for pharmacy colleagues and stakeholders in the North Region to discuss the vision for the Pharmacy Integration Programme, and hear how pharmacy integration is already happening across the region.

The emphasis will be on sharing models of practice that aim to improve the patient journey, and outcomes from medicines, by working together across the pharmacy sectors, as well as with other healthcare professionals as STPs and ICS areas develop their plans for medicines optimisation.

We will also explore how we can improve collaboration across the patient pathway, both as individuals and institutions as pharmacy professionals and the wider health and care system.
