This full-day, in-person training event is designed to empower Professional Midwifery Advocates (PMAs) with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to lead and support Quality Improvement (QI) within maternity services. Through a blend of theory, practical exercises, and peer collaboration, this workshop will explore key QI methodologies and leadership strategies tailored to the PMA role.
