Please join us at our Poverty Proofing© services for Long Term Conditions for Children and Young People in the North West Event on 27th June 2023 chaired by Professor Ian Sinha.

We’re please to announce that we are working with Children North East, Young Epilepsy, Asthma+Lung UK and Diabetes UK to deliver this event. This event is aimed at staff who influence policy and manage services that treat and support children, young people and their families with long term conditions, such as asthma, diabetes and epilepsy and how poverty affects their health.

The event will include:

  • The ambition for the North West, specifically around Asthma, Epilepsy and Diabetes.
  • Poverty proofing and the unconscious bias
  • Young Health Champions
  • Evaluation from the May Poverty Proofing © workshops

Open to all North West ICS Leads, Clinical Leads in long term conditions, Commissioners, Senior Policy Makers, Service Managers, SEND Leads, DCO’s, Local Authority Leads and Regional NHSE Leads
