This session will include examples of trusts who have developed their own IR programme as ‘business as usual’, and who will share lessons on how to build your business case and engage with key decision makers within your organisation. We will be covering various subjects, such as; the return-on-investment of international recruitment, learning from trusts who have utilised this within workforce planning, and showing how international recruitment influences and improves vacancy rates.
