Greater Manchester Children’s Health and Wellbeing Forum - Preventing Avoidable Admissions of Children and Young People

We welcome all stakeholders across the health and social care system, parents and carers, education and voluntary sectors, and encourage representation from local care organisations (LCOs), CCGs, primary care and population health.

You are invited to the biannual Greater Manchester Children’s Health and Wellbeing Forum where we will be carrying out a deep dive into Preventing Avoidable Admissions for Children and Young People.

We will review the progress that has been made to prevent avoidable admissions for the long-term conditions; asthma, epilepsy and diabetes and agree next steps for the programme.
