Primary Care Improvers - Progressing your improvement project

Are you trying to get things done in your Practice but struggling to get going or achieve everything you hope? Are you getting stuck implementing changes?

This workshop will draw on the principles and structure of Programme and Performance Management but without using a formal methodology. It will be useful to anyone who wants to progress their improvement project either from a well-formed idea or a project that needs to be ‘unblocked’ and will offer ideas, tools and techniques for moving forward.
