Principles of Inclusive Clinical Leadership Practice

Join the NHS England Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Education and Training (EDI E&T) team for two online launch events showcasing these free learning resources, co-produced with UWE Bristol. Come and find out how the resources were developed, hear more about the collaboration behind them and reflect on how they might support your current practice. 

This interactive resource explores how workforce inequalities affect staff experience, wellbeing, belonging and patient care. Through evidence, case-based learning and practical reflection, it supports learners to recognise inequality, apply inclusive leadership principles and take meaningful action in their workplaceto provide equitable high-quality care. This session is open to anyone working in healthcare education and training roles with an interest in clinical leadership.
