Progressing Participation: realising the opportunity in a time of change
This is the first in a series of events to develop and use participation well in the South West to improve mental health provision for children and young people. This event will be supported by the Young Minds Amplified project team.
This year Amplified will focus on how participation may look in the future following on from changes to service delivery in response to COVID 19.
Amplified will support the consideration and reflection of what the benefits and challenges have been to moving to a mix of digital and face-to-face engagement (for both participation activities and mental health support), and what the key things are to take from this period when designing mental health services in future.
Amplified will engage with local providers and commissioners, and will facilitate sessions with young people and families about what their visions and ideas are for the future delivery of mental health services.
A webinar for providers, commissioners and participation leads, giving an overview of the key aims and objectives of getting young people involved in the design of future CYPMH services. Planning for the forthcoming facilitated discussions with young people to seek their views about the future delivery of mental health services.
