PSIRF in Maternity series - webinar 2

A series of national webinar have been arranged to provide an opportunity to discuss the practical application of PSIRF in maternity settings. Webinars have been shaped by the questions raised by the National Maternity Safety Forum which relate to the overarching principles of PSIRF. This is the second webinar in the series and will cover topics relating to the engagement and involvement of those affected by patient safety incidents. Speakers will share their practical insight and include information relating but not limited to:
- Different roles and responsibilities in this space e.g. engagement leads and maternity and neonatal voice partnerships
- Practical aspects – how to include those affected, when and how to share information to support involvement (including draft reports etc)
