PSIRF in Maternity series - webinar 3

A series of national webinars have been arranged to provide an opportunity to discuss the practical application of PSIRF in maternity settings. Webinars have been shaped by the questions raised by the National Maternity Safety Forum which relate to the overarching principles of PSIRF.
This is the third webinar in the series and will cover topics relating to oversight and how to embed an approach which supports effective learning systems in maternity. This will include information about how integrate care boards (ICBs) and local maternity and neonatal systems (LMNSs) can approach their work.
