REACTMH® Conversations: Train the Trainer for NHS Organisations
Who is this training aimed at?
This second cohort of REACT MH training is aimed at delegates who’s organisation has submitted an expression of interest to the national Health and Wellbeing team and received formal acceptance confirming the number of places approved. This cohort is designed as a train the trainer model, therefore all delegates signing up are committing to sharing the practice and learning across their organisation.
What will you learn by completing this training?
This training aims to support NHS managers to both confidently have conversations with their colleagues about mental health, as well as feeling equipped to share that learning and provide training across their organisation. The REACT programme itself is underpinned by psychologically sound principles and is a well-established programme that has been delivered to thousands of people across public and private sector organisations.
Who will be delivering this training?
NHS England and NHS Improvement are working in partnership with March on Stress to provide this training package.
