Routes to CIPD Membership - New Members

We are pleased to announce the return of our Routes to CIPD Membership Showcases aimed at NHS people professionals.  Holding membership with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the professional body for HR and People Development, gives you the credibility and recognition to drive your career, and the agenda of the NHS People Profession, forward.  It is our vision to increase professional membership across our NHS People Profession, united by ethical practice, professional standards and a shared purpose to improve the experience at work for all.

Delivered in collaboration with CIPD experts, this virtual session is aimed at individuals who have never held CIPD membership. It will cover:

• The difference between accreditation, membership and qualifications
• The benefits of membership
• An overview of study and non-study routes to membership (including experience assessment, senior leader assessment, qualifications and apprenticeships)
• Opportunity for Q&A
