We are pleased to announce the launch of our Routes to CIPD Membership showcase aimed at NHS people professionals.  Gaining membership to the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the professional body for HR and People Development, gives you the credibility and recognition to drive your career, and the agenda of the NHS People Profession, forward.  It is our vision to increase professional membership across our NHS People Profession, united by ethical practice, professional standards and a shared purpose to improve the experience at work for all.

This virtual showcase session is aimed at existing members or individuals whose membership has lapsed and will be delivered in collaboration with CIPD experts.  It will cover:

  • The difference between accreditation, membership and qualifications
  • The benefits of membership
  • How to renew membership that has lapsed
  • Different routes to increase level of membership (including experience assessment, upgrading, senior leader assessment and qualifications/apprenticeships.
  • Opportunity for Q&A

If you have never held CIPD membership, we would encourage you to register to join one of our showcase sessions for non-members here:

Once you have registered, please hold the time in your calendar.  Joining instructions will be sent two days before the showcase.  

If you are no longer able to attend, please delete your booking so that the place can be offered to someone else.
